Customer Service must be notified at 1-888-996-6335 x261 within 2 business days of the receipt of the order if there are exchanges, returns, or discrepancies with your order. A customer service representative will then assist you in obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
A Return Authorization Number must be included on all returns and exchanges.
The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the box.
Returns should be shipped with a tracking number and insurance to prevent loss of package.

The Return Authorization Number is only valid for 30 days.
No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
No returns, exchanges, claims will be accepted beyond the 2 business days after receipt of package.
The delivery date is the date UPS (or other carrier) shows the package as being delivered.
